•Overnight Priority Express and 2 -4 Priority shipping is available.

•Shipping is a flat $15 regular priority or $45 for overnight. Overnight Express can sometimes take up to two days. we have no control over that. 

•LAG only available on overnight shipments. In the event of a DOA, you must notify me within 2 hours from when the package was received.

•Not responsible in any delayed package resulting to DOA or any lost package in transit.

•Evidence such as the picture of the dead specimens will be required with pin through abdomen or thorax. Refund would only apply on isopods and shall not include the paid shipping cost.

• Buyer must cover shipping cost to replace DOA
